What we use
The public storefront does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. It uses browser storage to remember that you completed or dismissed the mailing-list prompt, so it does not repeatedly interrupt you.
The private admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after an authorised administrator signs in. Payment providers may set their own essential security and fraud-prevention technologies when you continue to their hosted checkout.
Strictly necessary storage
- Admin session: keeps an authorised administrator signed in for up to eight hours.
- Engagement preference: remembers that a visitor subscribed so the prompt stays hidden on that browser.
- Payment security: Stripe or PayPal may use storage required to authenticate and protect a payment on their service.
Your controls
You can remove local website data using your browser settings. Doing so may reset the mailing-list prompt. Blocking essential payment or security storage may prevent checkout from working. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies later, we will update this policy and introduce an appropriate choice mechanism before using them.
