About these terms
These terms apply to consumer orders placed with TOS Treats, Manchester, United Kingdom. They sit alongside our Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and your statutory rights under UK law.
Products and food information
We make Zobo in small batches, so colour, sediment and flavour intensity may vary naturally. Product photographs are illustrative; screen colours and packaging presentation may differ slightly.
Read our Food & Allergen Information before ordering. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical dietary requirement or need the current batch ingredient statement, contact us and wait for written confirmation before placing your order.
Ordering and acceptance
- Select your bottle size, ginger profile, quantity and delivery service.
- Review the total and submit payment through Stripe or PayPal.
- Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display confirmation. An acknowledgement alone does not require us to fulfil an order affected by an obvious pricing error, failed payment or unavailable stock.
We may decline or cancel an order for stock, safety, delivery-area, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and available services are shown before payment. Promotion codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn before an order is placed.
Delivery and responsibility
You must provide a complete, accurate address and a safe way to receive a perishable delivery. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or safe place you authorised. Ownership passes when full payment is received. See the Delivery Policy for timing, missed deliveries and damaged parcels.
Cancellations, faults and refunds
Because our drinks are perishable and prepared for dispatch, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once preparation or dispatch has begun. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer order.
Law and contact
